PACKAGING & SHIPPINGWe have a strict plastic free and zero-waste packaging policy. Our products are wrapped in reusable jute pouches and repurposable corrugated boxes.
There is free shipping of all orders within India and they will be dispatched after 5-7 working days of receipt of order. International orders will be shipped in 10-12 working days and have an additional shipping charge which is calculated at checkout.
We currently have 3 shipping slabs for our global shipping:
Small ( package weight of 0-2 kgs) : 10$
Medium (package weight of 2-5 kgs) : 15$
Large ( package weight over 5 kgs): 20$
The shipping is calculated at checkout and added to your overall cart value

RETURNS & EXCHANGEAt Beej, we do not hold inventories and we start making a product once we receive your order. This is our little effort to minimize wastage of resources and we thank you for supporting that. We therefore do not offer returns or exchanges at this point. However, in case of a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us at support@studiobeej.com for a free replacement.
